Article 1 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements, and work performed by Grazy Brandwering, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 2 - Quotes and Agreements
Quotes from Grazy Brandwering are non-binding and are valid for the period stated on the quote. An agreement is formed upon written confirmation by both parties.
Article 3 - Performance of the Work
Grazy Brandwering carries out work in accordance with the laws, regulations, and standards on fire safety applicable at the time of execution, to the best of its knowledge and ability.
Article 4 - Prices and Payment
All prices are exclusive of BTW, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made within the term stated on the invoice.
Article 5 - Liability
Grazy Brandwering is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, or for damage caused by the work of third parties.
Article 6 - Warranty
The warranty terms stated in the quote or project file apply to materials supplied and work performed.
Article 7 - Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be reported in writing as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days after discovery.
Article 8 - Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Grazy Brandwering.
