What data do we process

• Data arising from a quote or project process
• Your answers from the online quickscan, if they are sent along with your quote request. The form shows when that is the case. Without a request, the answers stay in your browser only (see our cookie policy)
• Only if you give your consent: data about your visit to the website via Google Analytics, such as the pages viewed, your device and browser, and your approximate location

What we use this data for

• To contact you in response to a request
• To prepare quotes and carry out projects
• To comply with legal obligations, for example in administrative or tax matters
• To measure, with your consent, how the website is used and to improve the website

Retention period

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Data from Google Analytics is deleted after 14 months.

Sharing with third parties

Data is only shared with third parties when necessary for the performance of an agreement (for example, subcontractors) or when we are legally obligated to do so. The quote form is sent via Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our e-mail address on our behalf. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited processes your visit data for us via Google Analytics.
