A digital logbook records for each provision what it is, where it is located, when it was inspected and with what result, including photos and certificates - the evidence for inspections by an insurer or the competent authority.

Every seal, door, damper, and construction receives a unique number and registration label on site; a floor plan with red and green markers shows the status at a glance. This saves search time during inspections and makes maintenance plannable.
