Questions about fire safety in education
For most schools, yes, with a schedule per building section drawn up in advance. Larger projects are spread over multiple holiday periods with usable escape routes in between.
The owner (often the school board or the municipality) and the user each have responsibilities: the condition of the building falls under Article 3.5 Bbl, fire-safe use under Article 6.4. Record who manages and checks which provisions, and document that they are present and maintained.
That depends on the size and condition of the building. After a survey or inventory you receive a specified estimate, suitable for the long-term budget.
