Delft is a stone's throw from our base on the Oude Middenweg. We work on education and research buildings around the TU Delft Campus and Technopolis, on commercial buildings at Schieoevers and Ruiven, and on offices and healthcare buildings in and around the city centre.

Laboratories and plant rooms have many pipe penetrations, which must be fire-stopped again every time the installations change. In the historic city centre, fire protection calls for bespoke work that suits the listed building. We record every measure in a digital logbook, so that during an inspection you can show straight away what has been done.

Fire protection and passive fire safety in Leiden

Leiden combines a large healthcare and education sector with one of the largest life sciences clusters in the Netherlands at the Leiden Bio Science Park. Hospitals, laboratories and university buildings have many fire compartments, many installations and therefore many penetrations through fire separations.

In Leiden we work in phases in buildings that remain in use: outside peak care hours, during school holidays or in agreed time slots around the lab schedule. We record every completed measure in a digital logbook, so you can demonstrably meet the duty of care under the Bbl.

Fire protection and passive fire safety in Zoetermeer

Our base at the Forepark is right on the A12, a few minutes from Zoetermeer. We work on offices in the Stadshart and around Rokkeveen, on commercial buildings at Lansinghage and Oosterheem, and on healthcare buildings and residential complexes across the neighbourhoods.

Many offices and residential buildings in Zoetermeer date from the 1980s and 1990s. Since then, cables and pipes have often been added through existing fire separations without being sealed again. We identify what no longer complies, repair it with tested systems and record it in a digital logbook.
