Almere has grown in a short time into the largest city in Flevoland, with a property stock dating largely from the eighties onwards. In commercial premises on De Vaart, Gooisekant and Sallandsekant, and in the many residential complexes and owners' associations in Stad, Buiten and Haven, the structural fire protection has often never been systematically checked since handover.
We survey what is there, remediate what does not comply and record it in a digital logbook. For owners' associations we deliver a report the board can use directly at the members' meeting, with the location, risk and cost of each defect.
