The challenge
During the renovation of the head office, cable and pipe penetrations, escape routes, and the load-bearing steel structure had to be reassessed and repaired where necessary, while parts of the building remained in use.
Our approach
In close coordination with the facility department, we first mapped out the existing situation with an inventory. Based on that, we carried out fire-resistant seals, doors, and steel cladding in phases, always outside busy office hours to limit disruption.
The result
The WBDBO requirements have been demonstrably brought up to standard in accordance with the Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving, recorded in a complete delivery file and logbook. The project was completed within the set renovation schedule.
