The challenge
In a multi-tenant office environment with continuous tenant operations, compartmentalization had to be realized per floor and per unit without disrupting tenants' daily activities.
Our approach
We worked in close consultation with building management on a schedule per floor, installed fire-resistant separating structures and doors between units and corridors, and subsequently set up a multi-year maintenance contract for periodic inspection.
The result
All floors comply with the required compartmentalization, with an ongoing maintenance contract that structurally safeguards the building's fire safety.
