Fire protection provisions are not a one-time investment: due to aging, renovations, or new penetrations, fire resistance can diminish over time. Regular maintenance is essential to safeguard protection in the long term.
Our VCA-certified specialists periodically inspect your seals, doors, dampers, and steel cladding, repair or replace worn components, and record everything clearly in a logbook.
What you can expect
- Periodic inspection of seals, doors, dampers, and steel cladding
- Repair or replacement of outdated or damaged components
- Clear logbook for insurer and regulator
- Flexible maintenance contracts tailored to your building
Applications
Standards & certification
- Manufacturer specifications for periodic maintenance
- NEN 6068 / NEN 6069 as the assessment framework for re-inspection
Our team works VCA-certified and our organization is ISO 9001 and Kiwa (K21050) certified.
More about our certificationsWhat does maintenance & inspection cost?
A maintenance contract is priced based on the number and type of provisions, the inspection frequency, and the size of the building or portfolio. You pay a fixed annual amount for the inspection rounds and logbook management; repair work is quoted separately and in advance. Multiple buildings in one contract reduce the price per property.
Common mistakes
- Only inspecting when there is a check or incident, instead of periodically.
- Inspecting but not reserving a repair budget, so that defects remain unaddressed.
- Not updating the logbook after renovations, so the picture becomes outdated.
